Shipping Info

In stock orders will ship 1-2 business days from order placement.  Orders are sent via ground shipping, best way.  Estimated delivery is 1-3 days from drop off.  Shipping is available for the 48 contiguous United States.

PlanToys may ship separately from other brands.

Please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays, please reach out if you are concerned about your package.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to make sure everything is correct. We’ll always do our best to catch and fix errors if we can, but once a package is on its way, we’re not able to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

If your order is returned to us, we’ll happily resend it to the right address — we’ll just ask you to cover the additional shipping cost. Thanks so much for your understanding and support!

 

Free In Store Pickup inside Finds and Founder's Crossing

Please wait for email confirmation before picking up your order. To pick up, go to the service desk within Finds or Founders Crossing (choose location in your checkout) and provide your name and order number. In stock orders can be picked up inside Finds within 1-2 business days; pickups at Founders Crossing will be available the Saturday following your order. Pre-orders will be notified with pickup dates.

 

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within 16601, 16602 and 16648 zip codes.  Porch delivery will be made within 48 business hours of order, but could be made sooner if necessary, please reach out.  If you would like your order placed in a certain area, please email mountainkidstoys@gmail.com
