Refund policy

At Mountain Kids, our goal is to provide a feel good shopping experience for adults and kids.

Mountain Kids accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged product within 30 days of product receipt for a refund or exchange.  Items received after 30 days will be refunded via store credit.  For safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

In store locations are unable to process returns, please email MountainKidsToys@gmail.com for returns of in store purchases.

All shipped returns are subject to $5.99 shipping fee. Mountain Kids will provide a return shipping label to you as part of the return authorization process.

If in the event you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at MountainKidsToys@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right!
